| A munka leírása | DESCRIPTIONOur client who is part of an international banking group and headquartered in Bratislava, is currently looking for a professional to be the HEAD OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS. Main tasks: - responsible for short-, mid- and long-term plans of the bank's financial performance- performing regular, timely and concise analyses of the results compared with the targets - delivering accurate forecasts - highlighting key operational drivers to identify opportunities to improve performance- supporting the business with finance analysis in the areas of segment profitability analysis (product, customer), project planning and actual result analysis, pricing and analysis of growth opportunities- leading and managing a team of financial analysts- constantly simplifying FP&A processes to increase analysis capacityREQUIREMENTS- at least 8 years of working experience in FP&A, from which 4 years were gained at a managerial position- fluent English- strong analytical skills, should be able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers to add value to business teams- high energy level, constant drive for excellence. Needs to be persistent with a creative and solution-oriented approach- demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performing teamsBENEFITS- highly competitive salary- housing support |
